What if the mug gets damaged during shipping?

We care about getting your order to you in pristine condition which is why we ship all packages in protective boxes to minimise the chance of damage occuring.

How long does it take to melt the chocolate?

The mug is designed for candle heating and it should only take a couple of minutes to melt meaning you get to enjoy the sweet treat you deserve without the wait

Can I use other foods with it?

Of course! The Fonduvia™ Fondue Mug is great for all types of other foods whether it be sweet like fudge and marshmellows or savoury like cheese.
